Rampant sounds (music) and Their Halal Considered

It was narrated from Sahl ibn Sa'd that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.

"It means: At the end of time will occur landslides, riots, and the changes in advance." Somebody asked the Prophet '. Messenger of Allah, when will it happen? He said. "If the already rampant sounds (music) and singers women ". (Part originally narrated by Ibn Majah 2:1350 with Muhammad Fuad Abdul Baqi Verification. Al-Haitsami said: 'It was narrated by Thabrani and inside there sanadnya Abdullah bin Abiz Zunad that there is a weakness to him, while the other transmitters, transmitters for one way narrators are narrators-saheeh '. Majma'uz Zawaid 8:10. Al-Albani said:' Saheeh '. Saheeh Al-Jami' Ash-Shaghir 3:216 hadith no. 3559).

Sign (address) has been a lot happened in the past, and now even more. In today's instruments and musical games have been evenly distributed everywhere, and singers as well as countless ladies. Actually, that's what they meant by al-qainat (singers) in the above hadith. And that it is greater than the number of people who justify the music and singing. But those who do so have been threatened will be overwritten landslides, riots (vomiting disease), and diseases that could change the shape of the face, as mentioned in the hadith above. And is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari may Allaah have mercy, he said: Hisham bin Ammar has said (he said): has been told to us Shidqah bin Khalid, then he mentions sanadnya until Abi Malik Al-Ash'ari quoted 'anhu, that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said.

"Meaning: It will be no day for the people of a nation who justifies adultery, silk, liquor, and musical instruments. And indeed there will be people who go to the edge of a high hill, and the shepherd with their menggunjingi goat, and then they visited by an indigent to ask something. They said, 'Come back to us tomorrow'. Later on that night Allah destroyed them and threw them to the top of the hill, while others (who do not perish) turned his face into apes and swine until the Day of Judgement ". (Sahih Bukhari, Kitab Al-Asyrabah, Ch Maa Jaa-a fi Al-Khamra Man Yastahillu wa bi Yusammihi Ghairi Ismihi 10:51)

Ibn Hazm considers that this hadith munqathi '(disconnected periwayatannya isnaad or street), does not articulate between and Shidqah bin Khalid Bukhari. (Al-Muhalla, the work of Ibn Hazm 9:59, with the Verification of Ahmad Shakir, Al-Maktab Mansyurat At-Tijari, Beirut)

This assumption was refuted by Ibn Hazm Ibn al-Qayyim, and he explained that the opinion of Ibn Hazm's cancellation of six terms (As-Sunan Tahdzib 5:270-272):

1. That Bukhari had met Hisham ibn Ammar and heard hadith from him. When he narrated the hadith from him mu'an'an (by using the words' an / from) then it has been agreed as muttashil because of Hisham Bukhari and is contemporary and he heard from him. If he (Bukhari) said: "It has been said Hisham" then it's no different at all when he said, "from Hisham ....."
2. That people have confidence in maushul meriwayatkannya of Hisham. Al-Ismaili said in shahihnya, "Al-Hasan had told me, (he said): Hisham bin Ammar has told us" with isnad and matannya.
3. This hadith has been narrated by Hisham shah through road besides. Al-Ismaili and Uthman ibn Abi 'Abd al Muttalib narrated with two other isnaad from Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari quoted' anhu.
4. Bukhari that if not met and did not hear from Hisham, so he put this hadith in his Sahih hadith shows that he has legitimate by Hisham with no mention of an intermediary between him with Hisham. This is possible because it has been so famous intermediary or intermediaries such as the large number of them. Thus hadith is already well known and famous of Hisham.
5. If Bukhari said in his Saheeh, "So and so has been said the", then the hadeeth is saheeh according to him.
6. Bukhari mentioned this hadeeth in his Saheeh, and berhujjah with him, not only to make a martyr (witness or supporters of the hadith is the Creator), so the hadeeth is saheeh, without a doubt.

Ibn shalah 1) said: "There is no need ignored the opinion of Abu Muhammad ibn Hazm Zhahiri Az-Hafiz Al-Bukhari who reject hadith from Abu Amir or Abu Malik." Then he mentioned the hadeeth, then said. "This hadeeth is already known from people the trust of the people who are hung by Bukhari that. And sometimes he did so because he has meyebutkannya on elsewhere in his book with a concatenated sanadnya. And sometimes he did so because the reason- Another reason that is not feasible to say munqathi hadith '. And Allaah knows best. I deliberately talked about this a bit long hadith given the presence of some people who were fooled by this opinion of Ibn Hazm and made an excuse to allow musical instruments. In fact, it was clear that the hadith-hadith who forbid is Saheeh, and this race is threatened with torture if the variety has been rampant neglect of music games (almalahi) and also rampant disobedience.
